The ski room was expansive and equipped with boot heaters, we had a smooth start each morning.
The room we received was outdated and lacked sufficient storage, forcing us to live out of our suitcases.

We just spent a grand week here, close to all the ski lifts and with fab facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was a mighty treat after a day on the slopes! Though brekkie could do with a bit more variety, overall it was a brilliant experience.

Unbeatable location as only 5 minutes to Meribel Ski Resort. 5 minutes walk to a bus station. Brand-new room, big size, with table football, adults alike and beautiful views.

Absolutely amazing stay, as always. Gorgeous hotel with free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. Well furnished and large room and extremely comfy beds. Excellent options for breakfast. Particularly good location so close to bars, cafes, shops, bus stops as well as the main slopes, very close to Roc de Fer Ski Lift. Also, to the ski lifts.

Great Recovery From Initial Hiccup!
After an unexpected hiccup with our original lodging, we found ourselves at this cute hotel. The receptionist, Arina, were very good, great to freshen up after skiing, a real lifesaver! The cozy atmosphere is perfect for couples looking to unwind after a day on the slopes.

great location with soundproof rooms
The location near the cable car station was fantastic. The heavy door to the room ensured privacy and quiet. The staff were not only friendly but also highly professional was good. After a day of skiing, the large balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy the evening views.
Room service could improve in terms of timing.

Enjoyed the delicious meals using local organic products, especially the dinners that were thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was disappointing. Cold scrambled eggs and a broken toaster for three days did not set a good tone for the day. The room was charming but lacked adequate storage space was nice.

The room could have been more comfortable. It was like two singles locked together rather than a proper double. I also found the breakfast selection to be slightly lacking in variety, as I was expecting more than just the basics like boiled eggs and mini pastries. While the outdoor pool was enjoyable, the area around it needed some upkeep with loose flagstones, and I was disappointed to find there were no tea-making facilities in the room, despite what was stated on the hotel's materials. Lastly, the evening menu felt a bit limited and might not cater well to everyone's taste, especially for those looking for something other than traditional French cuisine.

We arrived and went to the bar for a welcome drink where they had live jazz. The owners were mingling around and genuinely cared about our stay. The outdoor swimming pool felt fantastic after a long day on the slopes. Two restaurants on-site provided plenty of breakfast choices, but the rooms did feel a bit cramped. The location is really convenient, right next to the slopes. There were some notable issues. Our room lacked tea-making facilities, disappointing since we expected that. The breakfast could use more variety too. We loved our time there but some things certainly need attention.

Great location, only a 10-15 minute stroll to La Chaudanne. Super close to restaurants and the center of town, making it super easy to grab a bite to eat 🍽️.
